Floraïku Paris offers a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging, ensuring your olfactory journey meets the highest standards of luxury and satisfaction. Please note that opened fragrance bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Return Process

  Carefully place the unused items, including the refill and travel spray if applicable, back into their original artistic bento box packaging.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
